These services may evolve, be modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. CallsInQ Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service, feature, or functionality at its sole discretion.

The total liability of CallsInQ Inc. for any claim arising out of or related to these services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CallsInQ Inc. during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
